The Franklin Armory Liberta AR-15 lower receiver assembly is ready to add your stock and upper of choice. It has a three position select, Safe, will not fire, Semi, fires one round per pull and Binary, fires one round on pull and one round on release. The billet lower has an oversized trigger guard, a textured Memory Index Point for resting the trigger finger when not ready to fire, and a textured front on the magazine well, allowing it to be used as a forward grip. The magazine will is enlarged and beveled. The six-position buffer tube is Mil-Spec diameter.
