These innovative suppressors were developed using advanced additive manufacturing and a titanium monolithic 3D-printed body-to-core structure eliminating failure points often associated with traditional suppressors. The design features a combination of internal venting complex baffles and patented Purposefully Induced Porosity (PIP) technology that work in harmony to reduce noise associated with port pop and offer superior muzzle signature reduction. This industry-leading technology utilizes a hybrid flow-through design that creates a new way to control the rapid expansion of gas that traditional baffle and flow-through suppressors cannot achieve making the new line of VENT suppressors truly cutting-edge. - The VENT 2 utilizes a specific combination of the most advanced internal and external coatings complementing the titaniums already robust resistance to erosion and corrosion. The coating provides a barrier between the titanium body and the muzzle gasses helping to minimize visual signature. Surface hardness is increased and a low coefficient of friction is added resulting in less carbon fouling and easier cleaning.
